Violin A.Stradivari's model "Messiah"

This instrument is inspired by the Stradivari Messiah 1716, replicating its form and style. I focused on this particular instrument as it is one of the intact pieces from the golden era of the maker, albeit highly debated. I drew inspiration from its distinctive features, such as the scroll, f-holes, and all the elements that compose the instrument. The woods used include red spruce from Val di Fiemme for the soundboard and Balkan maple for the back, neck, and ribs. The endpin and linings are made of willow. The instrument boasts a mature and powerful voice, with a balanced sound across all four strings. The oil varnish pays homage to the classical Cremonese tradition.
